february 23, 2004: well, it's been a long time since the last entry. but finally i found the time to finish the antonov.

september 16, 2003: started with the antonov an 14. the kit is from master modell, former east german PLASTICART, and as far as i know it is the last kit of the company and was
available only from 1988 to the beginning of 1991 when the company was closed. the kit is of medium quality, but i found no other kit manufacturer for the an 14.

september 7, 2003: well, it's been a long time since the last model. but at last, 'back to normality'. i started this one
in december 2002, and it took me the last week to finish. it is a skoda D-1, one of my kopro kits, about 10 years old.

november 4, 2002: finished model of messerschmitt project 1111. this was a simple one,
but with some spare parts (wheels, cockpit...) it is not so bad.

october 21, 2002: after a visit at the 2nd scale model exhibition at the erfurt fair, i spent the
night to finish the spitfire floatplane.

august 16, 2002: little progress with a spitfire floatplane. i got some pictures from the internet (all black and white) and modified the tail unit.
i think it is correct now. the next step will be adjusting the floats. i am not sure if the bottom side of the plane
was yellow or raf sky, but there are some weeks of modelling before the painting starts.

july 21, 2002: 23 years after the first man on the moon (but who knows ? have you seen the movie 'capricorn' ?) i finished the P.Z.L. 11c.
i want to start the Polikarpov I-16 winter with ski (modify the old matchbox kit with wheels), but i can't find my 'guardia cccp' decals :-(
june 23, 2002: started the P.Z.L. P-11c. As far as i know, this Revell kit is no longer available.
finished the Sea Fury Trainer.

june 02, 2002: some progress with the Sea Fury, i hope it will be finished within 2 weeks.

may 12, 2002: started Hawker Sea Fury T 61 Trainer
the model is from pm model (turkey) and seems to be of good quality. however, like other kits
from pm, some details are missing (but you can use some spare parts to build them).
decals from iraq and pakistan are included. since i found some original pictures of a
sea fury from iraq, i think i will build this version.

may 11, 2002: finished Jakovlev Jak 1M
the kit was from plastyk, you can build a jak 1 (see scale model pages 1) or jak 1M with modified canopy.
at the picture below at the building instructions you can see the differences between the
two versions (upper two pictures are the jak 1M).
